Meridian is a B2B fintech operations platform designed for teams managing payments, accounts, transactions, and financial activity at scale. The project explored how complex financial data could be presented in a way that feels fast, focused, and easy to navigate without sacrificing the density required by operational users.

Challenge

Financial dashboards often become overloaded with tables, metrics, statuses, filters, and actions competing for attention. Meridian needed to support data-heavy workflows while avoiding the visual noise and cognitive load common in enterprise software. The challenge was to create a product that felt professional and information-dense, but still calm, modern, and intuitive.

Production & Execution

Objective

Design a scalable fintech interface that helps users understand financial activity quickly and move from overview to action with minimal friction. The product needed to: • establish clear hierarchy across financial data • simplify transaction and account monitoring • make statuses, values, and anomalies easy to scan • reduce unnecessary visual chrome • support filtering and contextual actions without overwhelming the interface • create a consistent system that could scale across additional workflows

Outcome & Impact

Results

The final design became a streamlined financial operations experience built around clear hierarchy, progressive disclosure, restrained visual language, and focused workflows. I designed the core application shell alongside Operations Overview, Payments, Accounts, and supporting financial views, creating a consistent system for tables, statuses, filters, metrics, and contextual actions. The result is a dense B2B product that remains readable, predictable, and efficient to navigate.
