Eventix - Case Study
Eventix is an event discovery and ticketing platform designed to make finding, planning, and attending events easier from one place. The concept focused on combining personalized discovery with a simple ticket-management experience, helping users move from finding something interesting to actually attending it with less friction.

Ideation & Conceptual
Challenge
Event discovery is often fragmented across social media, venue websites, ticketing platforms, and recommendations from friends. Users have to search across multiple sources, compare information, and then manage tickets separately after purchasing. The challenge was to bring these touchpoints into one clear experience without overwhelming users with too many events, categories, and choices.

Production & Execution
Objective
Design an intuitive product that helps users discover relevant events quickly and manage the entire experience in one place. The project focused on: • personalized event recommendations • location and category-based discovery • clear search and filtering • simplifying the path from discovery to ticket purchase • centralized ticket management • reminders and event information before attendance • creating a structure that could support different user needs and event types

Outcome & Impact
Results
The final concept brought event discovery, booking, and ticket management into a single cohesive experience. I developed the product through user personas, customer journey mapping, information architecture, and wireframing before translating the insights into the final interface. The result was a clearer event-discovery flow designed to reduce search effort and make the journey from “What should I do?” to “I’m going” feel more direct.
